BELIEVE

For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

BELIEVE
What I lack,
where I am weak,
When I am lost in life's barren spaces,
Be birthed anew in me, Lord Jesus.
Where my vision is dim, grant I see through Your eyes.
When my ears do not hear, attune my spirit to Your whisper.
In the chaos and the quiet, warm my heart with Your
holy presence.
As I near the cradle of the Christ child,
Infuse me with Your gift of Hope.
